Weather and air quality

Click the weather card on the Today tab to open the full weather screen.

What you see

• Now: the temperature, the sky, how warm it feels, today’s high and low, and the chance of rain.
• Air quality: the US AQI number and what it means, from Good to Hazardous, with one line of advice, and the PM2.5 and PM10 readings.
• Tomorrow, then the next few days with rain chance and highs and lows.

Temperatures are in °C.

Choose places

Sajilo knows every district headquarters and the larger towns, in English and Nepali.

1. Click the place name at the top (or Add) to open Places.
2. Search for a town, district or province, in English or Nepali, or browse by province.
3. Click a place to see its weather. It’s added to your pinned places, the row of chips under the forecast, so you can switch back with one click.

To remove a place, click the ✕ on its chip. You always keep at least one.

Your home place

The home place is the one shown on the Today screen, marked with a house. To change it, open a pinned place and click Show on home. You can also pick from your pinned places in Settings › Modules › Weather › Home place.

Freshness

The home place’s weather is refreshed in the background every hour; other places update when you open them. Click the refresh arrow for the latest. If Sajilo can’t reach the forecast, it shows the last one it has, marked Showing older data.

Weather can be switched off in Settings › Modules › Weather, which also removes the card from Today.
